1. Booking & Appointment

Clients are requested to book their Mehndi appointment in advance whenever possible. An appointment is considered confirmed only after the booking details have been discussed and mutually agreed upon.

Clients are requested to provide the correct date, time, location and type of Mehndi service required at the time of booking.

2. Service & Design

Mehndi designs are created according to the client's requirements, occasion and available time. Clients may share their preferred design ideas or references before the appointment.

Every Mehndi design is handmade, so the final design may have small artistic differences from reference images. Our goal is always to provide a beautiful and satisfying result.

3. Timing & Punctuality

Clients are requested to be available at the agreed appointment time. Delays may affect the available time for the Mehndi service, especially when multiple appointments are scheduled on the same day.

4. Location & Travel

For services at a client's location, the exact address and appointment details should be provided clearly in advance. Any applicable travel requirements or additional charges will be discussed with the client before confirming the service.

5. Payment

Service charges are based on the type, size, complexity and requirements of the Mehndi work. The final price will be communicated to the client before the service whenever possible.

Any additional service or change in requirements may result in an additional charge, which will be communicated to the client.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If a client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, they are requested to inform us as early as possible. Availability for a new date or time will depend on our schedule.

7. Client Responsibility

Clients should inform us before the appointment about any known skin sensitivity, allergy or other concern related to Mehndi application. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their personal requirements.

8. Natural Mehndi Results

Mehndi stain results can vary from person to person. The final colour may depend on factors such as skin type, body temperature, aftercare, application area and individual skin characteristics.

Because of these natural differences, a specific stain colour or exact result cannot be guaranteed.

9. Photography & Designs

With the client's permission, photographs of Mehndi work may be taken for portfolio, website or social media purposes. If a client does not wish their Mehndi photographs to be used publicly, they may inform us before or during the appointment.

10. Changes to These Terms

Atul Mehndi Artist may update these Terms & Conditions when required to improve our services or clarify our policies. Updated terms may be published on this website from time to time.

11. Agreement

By booking or using our Mehndi services, the client confirms that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to follow them.
